The organisation of your delivery is pathetic. I got whatsapp messages asking when I wanted to have the delivery made and then when the day comes, NO DELIVERY PERSON COMES AND INSTEAD I AM TOLD MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED. ENSURE THAT MY PACKAGE IS DELIVERED OR I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO THE CONSUMER COURT.
Hi there, weāre very sorry for the failed delivery and the frustration this has caused. The parcel was handled by a third-party logistics provider, and although we completed the necessary steps on our end, delivery was not completed. We can arrange to resend your order or issue a refund. Please contact us so we can resolve this promptly.
